Amber House
Amber House was written by Kelly Moore, Tucker Reed and Larkin Reed. This book is geared for the ages of fourteen and up. You can find this book in the mystery section.

Amber house is based on a story of a 15 year old girl named Sarah. After her grandfather dies her and her family move to his mansion that has been in their family for many generations. Sarah soon finds out that she is going to find more than just the treasure that is somewhere in her new house. She finds all kinds of mystery, un explained events and what is a mystery without ghosts and tragedy. Both my girls highly recommend this book and absolutely love it.
Discussion Questions:
1. Discuss other possible outcomes for this book.
2. How would you feel about moving into your family mansion after the death of a loved one?

Baby Bear Sees Blue is written by Ashley Wolfe, it is a great children's picture non - fiction book that is geared for children of ages of 2 to 6.

This beautifully illustrated picture book that helps the little bear learn each color that he and his mom come across as they are on there walk. There are so many soft water colored colors with so much great detail. It will also help young children to learn their colors.

Motivational Activity:
Have each child water color what they saw on a walk that day.
